Hello, I’m Howard Stanton, founder of Blue Horizon. I started this consultancy with a clear purpose: to bring clarity, efficiency, and best practice to construction projects through expert consultancy and education.

With over a decade of experience as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients, contractors, and consultancies across a range of sectors. My career has given me a comprehensive understanding of the industry's challenges, which, combined with my extensive professional network, enables me to drive effective solutions tailored to your needs.

I believe that simplicity, efficiency, and robust processes are the keys to project success. At Blue Horizon, we champion tried-and-tested methods and best practices to lower risk and ensure better outcomes.
